OCCUPATIONAL HAZARD: ISRAEL TAKES OUT SECOND HAMAS LEADER IN 11 DAYS

Hamas confirmed Thursday that Mohammed Odeh, its new military commander, was killed Tuesday in Gaza City by Israeli Defense Forces.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said Odeh “was one of the architects” of the October 7 attacks that killed more than 800 Israeli citizens and foreign nationals and wounded nearly 3,400 citizens and IDF and local-security forces.

Only 11 days ago, the IDF eliminated Odeh’s predecessor, Izz ad-Din al-Haddad. He too, Mr. Katz said, was “one of the architects of the Oct. 7 massacre” in which terrorists indiscriminately tortured, kidnapped, and killed men, women, and children.
